Vaalia Innergy presented 'Hula Yoga' at Spa Day - a unique 40 minute class that combines 10 minutes of Hula Hooping followed by 30 minutes of hula hoop inspired yoga moves. Participants walked away with an Innergy sample, branded hula hoop and yoga mat compliments of Vaalia.
